Prepare a production application
For personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023, Google currently requires at least 12 testers continuously opted in for the preceding 14 days before applying for production access. Confirm applicability in your console. Testing completion, eligibility to apply, approval, and publication are separate milestones. Describe actual engagement, feedback, and changes. Questions can change: review the current form. Approval and review timing are not guaranteed.
Testing is a process, not a promise of approval. Google determines production eligibility and approval. Publication is a separate step.
