Who we are

TestBreeze (testbreeze.com and the TestBreeze Android app, package com.testbreeze.app) helps Android developers organize closed testing and collect feedback. Contact: support@testbreeze.com.

Data we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google.

Content you provide: app details (name, package ID, store and testing links, descriptions, icons), testing tasks, feedback, attachments, support messages and preferences such as language and theme.

Orders and purchases: the plan you buy, its status and the Google Play transaction reference. Payments are processed by Google Play; we never receive your card or bank details.

Advertising and device data (Android app): the app shows ads through Yodo1 MAS and its advertising partners, including Google AdMob. These partners may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions and diagnostic data to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

Technical data: server logs with limited request information needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use data

To create and secure your account, provide testing services, process and verify purchases, show orders on both the website and the app, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Ads are not shown to customers with a paid or active plan.

Service providers

Supabase (authentication, database and file storage, EU region), Vercel (website hosting), Google Play and RevenueCat (in-app purchases and purchase verification; RevenueCat receives your account ID and purchase records), Yodo1 MAS and its ad partners including Google AdMob (advertising). We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

On first launch the app asks for your advertising privacy choices; you can also reset or opt out of personalized ads in your device's Google settings. You can change your language and theme at any time.

Retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account from Settings on testbreeze.com or by emailing support@testbreeze.com. We delete or anonymize account data after the request is processed, except records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons (for example purchase and audit records).

Security and transfers

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Dedicated test-account credentials are encrypted at rest and visible only to assigned testers and administrators. Our providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Children

TestBreeze is a tool for app developers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights and changes

Depending on where you live (for example under KVKK or GDPR) you may access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Contact support@testbreeze.com. We will post changes to this policy on this page.
