Troubleshoot testing access
Check the Google Account used, tester list or Group membership, release status, opt-in completion, and testing-track country availability. Ask for a screenshot of the error without sensitive personal information. Do not interpret a website activity gap as a break in continuous opt-in.
Testing is a process, not a promise of approval. Google determines production eligibility and approval. Publication is a separate step.
