Publish after production access approval
Production access approval lets you use the Production page; it does not itself publish an app. Prepare the production release, complete applicable app and policy requirements, and follow the review and rollout steps shown in Play Console.
Testing is a process, not a promise of approval. Google determines production eligibility and approval. Publication is a separate step.
